GOOD MORNING Everyone! Today marks the 8th day here at the National Amateur – and our final day in this competition! This is it!! We are getting down to the wire! This morning we are gathered to begin the 9th Series here at the 2022 National Amateur! We have 16 dogs called back to the 9th.
The National Amateur Championship is meant to be challenging and requires great skill in all facets of the sport. This years National Amateur has been no exception! It has been an honor to see all of the dogs that have competed in the past week. They all deserved to be here competing, and displayed some amazing skills! It has been both intense and exhilarating. For those that are still here for the 9th ... just Wow! This National demanded that they bring their A-game to the table, and so they did! A big Congratulations! We are looking forward to finding out which one of these 16 will win it all! Good Luck to Everyone!!
For the 9th, we are on location at Andy Kahn's Butterfly pond site in Roseburg, OR.

It is sunny skies and the temperature currently is about 60 degrees and is expected to reach up into the mid to upper 90's later today! There is a heat advisory in effect later today, but this morning is beautiful.
